Job summary

Precision Recruitment International is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to advise businesses in Vereeniging on navigating organizational transformations. You will help ensure initiatives are implemented smoothly, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee adoption.

You will work with leadership to understand the human side of change and develop communication strategies to build support for new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale change management plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support client initiatives, such as technology implementations or organizational restructuring.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to ensure employee buy-in and understanding.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage employees and gather feedback throughout the change process.
• Assess the impact of change and measure its effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
