Job summary

homechoice is expanding its Leratong City Mall showroom in Krugersdorp and seeks aSales & Customer Associate who delivers an exceptional in-showroom experience. You will convert customer visits into sales through product demonstrations, needs analysis and accurate order processing while supporting store targets and campaigns.

The role focuses on frontline sales execution, customer service, administration and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Homewares retail experience (advantageous).
• Clear credit and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-showroom customer experience and convert visits into sales.
• Demonstrate products, communicate features, pricing and promotions from the catalogue.
• Achieve individual sales targets and productivity expectations.
• Capture customer orders, payments, refunds and credits accurately and timely.
• Maintain stock, housekeeping and merchandising standards on the showroom floor.
• Follow policies, procedures, cash handling and reporting for audits and compliance.
