Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team, on scheduled shifts, ensuring openings and closings are covered.
• Analyse data and store observations to inform decisions improving customer and store performance.
• Work with store leaders to forecast and schedule labor within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Cascading and implementing new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results.
• Support partner growth through coaching and development, building positive relationships.
