Job summary

Pnet in Bloemfontein is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to oversee daily coffee shop operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead the barista team, manage rosters, ensure coffee and food standards, handle cash, stock, and safety compliance, and drive sales. The ideal candidate has Grade 12, 2–3 years supervisory experience in cafe/retail food, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or retail food environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations is advantageous.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transport will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Package & Remuneration

Salary

• R12,000 - R15,000 per month (dependent on qualifications andexperience).
• Successful candidates will be eligible to participate in the company's performance-based incentive scheme after successfully completing a 3-month probationary period, subject to meeting the requiredperformance standards and incentive criteria.
