Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise baristas, waitstaff, and support staff; provide guidance and motivation.
• Customer Experience: engage with guests and maintain a premium service standard.
• Operational Oversight: manage daily floor operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and service flow.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, ensure availability of items.
• Quality Control: uphold hygiene and product presentation standards.
• Scheduling & Rostering: prepare staff schedules balancing efficiency and workload.
• Training & Development: conduct ongoing training in customer service and operations.
• Financial Awareness: monitor sales, control costs, support profitability targets.
• Brand Representation: ensure staff presentation and service reflect premium coffee shop identity.
