As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within required budgets, and recruit world‑class, diverse talent that meets the store’s needs.
• Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support partners’ growth through performance and development, coaching and developing your team, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
• Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

• Have a proven track record of success in driving results and achieving targets.
