Job summary

Starbucks South Africa is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise teams on scheduled shifts, and ensure openings, closings, and weekends are covered. You will analyse data and use observations in-store to inform decisions that improve customer experience and overall store performance, while managing forecasting and scheduling within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, coaching or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Passion for coffee and delivering quality beverages.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts, ensuring openings, closings and weekend coverage.
• Analyse data and in-store observations to inform decisions that improve customer and store performance.
• Work with store leaders to forecast and schedule labour within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support partner development through coaching and building positive relationships.
