• Cascading and implementing new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Develop and support partners through coaching, performance feedback, and relationship-building.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with your store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within the required budgets and recruit world‑class, diverse talent that meets the store's needs.
• Cascading and rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching and developing your team, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
• Setting challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
