Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. The role focuses on automating processes, building portals and dashboards, and ensuring secure, scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Ability to create and maintain ServiceNow workflows and scripts.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Develop portals, dashboards and reports for insights.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Produce documentation for configurations and integrations.
• Participate in upgrades and deployments with minimal disruption.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow features, updates and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to specs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals, dashboards and reports for insights.
• Ensure performance, security and scalability of the platform through monitoring and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Manage upgrades, patches and releases with minimal disruption to users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay updated with new features and best practices and apply them.
