Job summary

The Focus Group in South Africa seeks a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the implementation and configuration of OHS solutions, and to design workflows, forms, portals, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

You will digitize and automate workplace inspection and audit processes, develop digital checklists, permits, certificates, and compliance documents, and ensure governance and security best practices while delivering user training and post‑implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow OHS solutions.
• Design and develop workflows, applications, forms, portals, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Digitize and automate workplace inspection and audit processes.
• Develop and maintain digital checklists, registers, appointment letters, permits, certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Configure risk, incident, corrective action, and compliance management workflows.
• Design and implement contractor safety file management solutions, enabling submission, review, approval, and audit tracking.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health & Safety specialists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support regulatory compliance and decision-making.
• Perform system testing, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
