Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a passionate ServiceNow Developer to own and enhance our ServiceNow platform across IT, HR, Payroll, Marketing, and more. You will design, develop, and maintain workflows, integrations, and applications to improve automation and employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions, manage platform security and governance, and act as the ServiceNow SME.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Solid JavaScript, HTML/XML, and web technology skills.
• Experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
