Klipboard is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Johannesburg. You will drive efficient implementations, configurations, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with ITIL best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design workflows, and accelerate onboarding to standard group platforms using Now Assist, AI features, and API integrations. A strong IT background and ServiceNow experience are essential.

Qualifications

• ITSM/CSM application experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Proficient in SQL and DBA.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow apps and rollout new modules.
• Gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via APIs/web services.
• Perform system testing and debugging for quality and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow new features and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders on ServiceNow for CSM.
• Support end users and manage workflows and add-ons.
