GAP Consulting - General Automotive Personnel in Limpopo seeks a Dealership Service Advisor to join our client’s automotive team. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a Service Advisor and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work under pressure.

You will engage with customers, coordinate service flow, liaise with technicians and parts, and support the service journey from booking to completion.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry.
• Valid Driver's Licence is essential.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• South African citizenship is required.
• Brand experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with service needs and bookings.
• Coordinate service workflow within the dealership.
• Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth service.
• Provide quotations and update customers on service progress.
