Hillcrest Motor Dealership invites an experienced Service Advisor/Administrator to join our Service Department. You will handle service bookings, liaise with customers and assist with daily admin, ensuring accurate records and smooth workflow.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and a stable work history in a busy dealership. A valid driver’s license is advantageous, and experience in a motor dealership is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience in a motor dealership is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Stable employment history with references.
• Valid driver's licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service bookings and vehicle-related queries
• Liaise with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Assist with Service Department administration
• Prepare and maintain relevant documentation
• Assist with job cards, bookings and general service administration
• Liaise with workshop staff regarding vehicle progress
• Ensure customer and vehicle information is accurately captured
• Handle telephone and email enquiries
• General administrative duties within the Service Department
