Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a service or sales-oriented position.
• Tertiary qualification is required.
• A Technical qualification would be advantageous.
• Dealership experience would be beneficial.
• Computer literate (Office Suite).

• Excellent customer service and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and determine their service needs and concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair and maintenance services.
• Explain technical issues in clear, non-technical terms to customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding status of their vehicle service.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule service appointments to optimise workshop capacity.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure parts and supplies are available prior to service.
• Create detailed service orders and record relevant vehicle information.
• Maintain customer records including warranty and service history.
• Manage service-related invoicing and payment processing.
• Oversee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams and report metrics.
