Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Soweto to be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repair. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, record issues, and communicate with workshop staff to ensure accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive terminology, services, and basic mechanical principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
