HJ Bosch & Sons is seeking a Service Advisor in Pretoria, South Africa, to act as the main contact for vehicle owners through autobody repairs. You will assist with insurance claims and cash repairs while guiding customers with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include documenting vehicle conditions, liaising with insurers, providing timelines and quotes, coordinating with workshop teams, and managing job cards and scheduling.

Formación

• Experience in autobody service advising or customer service.
• Understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy with job card systems and email.
• Valid driver’s license.
