• Strong working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems such as Evolve (or comparable DMS).
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of OEM warranty procedures and corporate customer relations.
• Valid Driver’s License and SA citizenship.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

We are seeking a detail-driven, operationally experienced Service Administration Manager to head the service front-line and administrative operations at a commercial franchised truck dealership in Polokwane. This role ensures flawless service counter workflows, strict OEM warranty compliance, tight WIP control, and robust costing integrity.

Requirements

• Mandatory Dealership Experience: Franchised truck/commercial vehicle dealership experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience covering Service Advising, Costing, and Warranty administration within a franchised commercial dealership.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing a busy service counter/frontline team.
