Job summary

The Talent Dragon is seeking a Dealer Service Manager in Tzaneen. The role requires leading and mentoring a team of service technicians within a franchised service department, with a focus on organizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

Candidates should possess a Matric and drivers licence, a diesel trade test certificate (preferred), and at least five years on the bench plus five years in service management within a franchised environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians within the service department.

• In-depth knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.
• Strong administrative and financial skills.
