Job summary

First Degree Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Administration Manager for a well-established franchised truck dealership in Polokwane. You will oversee the daily service department administration, costing, warranty processes and ensure accurate job cards and invoicing.

Requirements include matric, at least 5 years in service advising or costing, 3 years supervisory experience, strong financial acumen, and experience with DMS systems (Evolve preferred).

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service Advising, Warranty Administration or Service Costing.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a Service Department or Service counter.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of service department finances.
• Experience with dealership DMS systems, preferably Evolve.
• Good understanding of truck OEM procedures, standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
