Eastern Personnel Consultants / Oostelike Personeel Konsultante seeks a detail-driven Service Administration Manager for a Polokwane commercial vehicle dealership. Lead service front-line operations, ensure accurate job cards, and uphold OEM warranty compliance.

Role focuses on WIP control, cost integrity, and robust reporting for major fleet accounts in a fast-paced workshop environment. Strong leadership and DMS experience required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate required.
• Franchised truck/commercial vehicle dealership experience required.
• 5+ years in service advising, costing and warranty administration in a franchised dealer.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems such as Evolve.
• Solid financial acumen and knowledge of OEM warranty procedures.
• References from previous franchised dealers.

Responsibilities

• Service counter supervision and professional reception.
• Warranty claim submissions, resolutions and cost approvals.
• Monitor WIP and debtors; ensure swift sign-offs and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate commercial fleet service authorizations and PO verifications.
• Maintain DMS workflows and workshop bookings with high data accuracy.
• Lead and mentor service staff toward operational efficiency.
