Growth Resourcing is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative focused on new business acquisition. Identify potential clients, generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

In a remote role, you will engage with senior decision-makers, promote IT solutions (infrastructure, devices, cybersecurity, managed services) and keep accurate CRM records while meeting activity targets.

Competenze

• 3+ years of proven experience as a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role in IT/managed services
• Strong cold-calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach experience
• Good understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and networking
• Research and identify potential clients within target markets
