Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation specialization.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA is required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering including design, planning, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of transportation infrastructure projects (highways, arterial roads, urban networks).
- Conduct traffic impact analyses, modeling, and capacity studies.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
