Qualifications

• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in transportation engineering and planning.
• Professional registration with ECSA is required.
• Proficiency in traffic modeling software (VISSIM, TransCAD) and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles, geometric design, and ITS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Develop traffic models, conduct traffic impact studies, and design traffic control measures.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for road networks and intersections.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
