Hire Resolve is seeking a Training Manager to develop, coordinate and deliver learning opportunities for members, students and the public. The role requires strong organisational and relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating webinars, seminars, and workshops, identifying relevant topics, and liaising with subject matter experts and industry stakeholders to ensure high-quality programs.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant tertiary qualification such as an LLB, BCom Honours, BEd Honours, MBA, BA, CGISA or a suitable qualification.
• Experience in training, learning and development beneficial.
• Experience coordinating training programmes, workshops or educational events would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop, plan and coordinate a variety of learning and development initiatives (webinars, seminars, workshops).
• Identify emerging training topics addressing member and professional needs.
• Research and liaise with subject matter experts and facilitators for high-quality training.
• Build relationships with organisations and industry stakeholders for tailored in-house training.
• Coordinate training related to corporate governance, company secretarial practice, taxation and related disciplines.
• Maintain database of trainers, presenters and SMEs.
• Manage professional placement service for members and students; identify opportunities.
