About the Role

This role is ideal for an individual passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the telecommunications industry. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and translating these into functional specifications for IT and network development teams. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders across the organization.


• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.


• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure clear understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.


• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems.


• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.


• Develop and execute test cases to validate that solutions meet business objectives.


• Support the change management process by communicating system changes and training end-users.


• Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements within the telecom domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on the telecommunications sector.


• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation using various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


• Strong understanding of telecommunications services, such as mobile, broadband, and VoIP.


• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience working in a remote team environment and proficiency with collaboration tools.


• Certification such as CBAP or IIBA is a strong asset.
