You will leverage your expertise in network architecture, performance metrics, and operational efficiency to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance, reliability, and efficiency of existing telecommunications systems (voice, data, mobile, and IP networks).
• Identify system deficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through data analysis and user feedback.
• Develop and document technical specifications for new systems or upgrades, aligning with business requirements.
• Research and evaluate emerging telecommunications technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with network engineers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and design solutions.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and project proposals.

Requirements
