Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in telecommunications network operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure 24/7 monitoring and management of the telecommunications network.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance network performance and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network operations engineers and technicians.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimize service disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, reporting on network health and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service levels for outsourced network functions.
