Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in technical recruitment, preferably consultancy.
• Proven track record placing candidates in challenging technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of technology stacks, programming languages, IT infra.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills; ATS proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proactive, results-driven, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for software, engineering, IT, and PM roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and assess fit.
• Manage recruitment from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Provide market intelligence on talent and compensation.
• Ensure positive candidate experience and process improvements.
