Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role focused on technical talent.
• Strong understanding of various technical domains, such as software development, engineering disciplines, or IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technical sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office tasks.
• Proactive approach to building talent pipelines and client relationships.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, engineering, and manufacturing roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various online platforms, networks, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, thoroughly understanding their technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about roles, company culture, and career progression opportunities.
• Stay current with technical industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape.
• Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence and best practices in technical recruitment.
