Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction/engineering sector.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in the Pretoria area.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring all activities are performed according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Manage on-site project operations, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
