Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for complex commercial and industrial construction projects based in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role oversees planning, budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high-quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with a Master's or PMP preferred. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in construction, commercial/industrial.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all project lifecycle aspects: planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and motivate project teams including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Manage client relationships with clear communication and alignment to objectives.
• Enforce HSE protocols on all sites.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Manage contracts, permits, and progress reports.
