Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong specialization in technology roles.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, from initial consultation to offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent, including passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with client teams to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives within the technology sector.
