Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, including current trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
