Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment consultancy with technology focus.
• End-to-end recruitment processes delivery track record.
• Strong knowledge of tech roles and industry trends.
• Business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with recruitment databases and ATS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory for substantial experience.
