Placements24 is seeking a Remote Recruitment Specialist focused on the Technology sector. The role is fully remote within South Africa, sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process for tech professionals across the country with a focus on KwaZulu-Natal region results.

The ideal candidate will source, screen, and engage candidates, maintain strong pipelines, and collaborate with clients and hiring managers to meet technical requirements and culture fit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a specialization in technology recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment software tools.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find tech talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for technology roles using various online platforms and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical requirements and company culture.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
