Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Talent Sourcing or related recruitment, with a focus on technical or specialized fields.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.
• Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles across various departments.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and specialized databases, to uncover talent.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through professional social media, industry forums, and direct outreach.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing approaches.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, assess interest and suitability, and present qualified candidates for further review.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to provide insights and improve sourcing effectiveness.
