Job summary

Placements24 invites applications for a Remote Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a leading mining-focused recruitment consultancy. You will identify and secure top-tier talent for mining operations nationwide in South Africa, leveraging digital tools and virtual interviews from anywhere in the country.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement, build strong virtual client relationships, and hit ambitious targets while advancing the mining division and staying

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment with mining/engineering focus.
• Proven success in remote recruitment and meeting placement targets.
• Experience using online recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Strong understanding of mining industry talent requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mining roles from entry to senior management.
• Utilize sourcing techniques and digital platforms to identify, engage, and vet candidates nationwide.
• Conduct remote interviews and assessments ensuring technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain virtual relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to mining sector growth.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues across departments and locations.
