You will manage end-to-end recruitment for mining, geology, engineering, and operations roles, while building strong client relationships and delivering tailored talent solutions. This role rewards initiative, industry knowledge, and proactive delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector.
• Understanding of the operational and technical requirements within the mining industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for roles within mining and resources (geologists, engineers, operations managers).
