Sourcing and Recruitment Consultants in Potchefstroom is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mining, engineering and construction roles. This on-site, full-time position requires hands-on talent acquisition, stakeholder influence, and a knack for building strong talent pipelines.

You will identify top candidates, conduct competency assessments, manage offers, and ensure compliant processes while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in Mining, Engineering, Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Technical environments.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; on-site in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Developing sourcing strategies for scarce and specialist skills.
• Proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates.
