Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for mining or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to source technical and specialized talent.
• Excellent understanding of the South African mining industry and its workforce needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
