Placements24 is seeking a Mining and Resources Recruitment Consultant to join their hybrid team in North West, Mahikeng. You will source, screen, and place engineers, geologists, operators, and management for regional mining and resources operations.

You will build strong client relationships, understand technical and operational needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role offers flexibility with hybrid work and opportunities to advance within a dynamic specialist consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience in mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering and operational roles.
• Hybrid work experience and strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key client relationships within the mining and resources sector in the North West.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, operational and management roles.
• Understand mining lifecycle and required skill sets for placements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficient placements.
• Provide clients with insights into the talent market for mining and resources.
