Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer for a fully remote role. You will identify, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across multiple industries, developing innovative sourcing strategies and utilizing advanced search techniques to uncover passive talent pools.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with recruitment consultants and maintaining sourcing metrics to drive successful placements.

Formación

• 4+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload remotely.
• Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades
