• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using advanced search techniques across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).
• Engage candidates to generate interest and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest, basic qualifications, and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with remote recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the ATS.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Stay current with sourcing best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and pipeline health to the recruitment team.
