Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for diverse roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Enhance employer branding to attract passive candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide expert consultation.
