Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and using advanced recruitment technologies.
• Strong remote interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle talent acquisition process for key client roles, managing all interactions remotely.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-demand professionals.
• Conduct thorough competency-based interviews and assessments virtually to ensure candidate quality.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing strategic recruitment advice.
• Champion the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from application to offer.
• Analyze recruitment data and market intelligence to inform strategy and provide client insights.
