About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing technology company headquartered in Mahikeng, North West , is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their recruitment efforts. This crucial role will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across various technical disciplines. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build robust talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's growth objectives, particularly in technology roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultation and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to top talent.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting for technology roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure).
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building strong talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and diversity & inclusion principles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in developing and extending competitive offers.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling technology company is highly desirable.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
