About the Role

This hybrid role will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent across various professional disciplines, ensuring our client continues its growth trajectory. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies that resonate within the **Mahikeng** region and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and guide them through the hiring process.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our client.
• Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our client's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and career fairs, both virtual and in-person as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience management.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles is a plus.
