You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on market dynamics and recruitment best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to candidate assessment and offer management.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and databases, to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and consultative advice to clients.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a Recruitment Consultancy .
• Proven success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong understanding of the South African job market, with insights into the Polokwane area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
