You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and secure high-calibrtal talent. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment data and market intelligence to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a related HR field.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver results in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of South African labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
